1. Services
- Repairhaus provides repair services for phones, consoles, PCs, and other electronic devices.
- We are an Official Apple Repair Provider and use genuine parts where applicable.
2. Estimates & Payments
- All repair costs will be provided upfront as an estimate.
- Final pricing may vary if additional issues are discovered during the repair.
- Payments must be made in full upon collection of the repaired device.
3. Warranty
- Repairs carried out by Repairhaus may include a limited warranty, depending on the type of service.
- Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, or third-party repairs.
4. Liability
- While we take the utmost care with all devices, Repairhaus is not responsible for data loss. Customers are advised to back up their data before submitting devices for repair.
- We are not liable for pre-existing damage or issues unrelated to the requested repair.
5. Collection of Devices
- Devices must be collected within 90 days of notification of completion. After this period, Repairhaus reserves the right to dispose of the device.
6. Privacy
- Customer information is used only for providing repair services and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
7. Changes to Terms
- Repairhaus Terms & Conditions reserves the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.
